The most important invention in my lifetime?

What is the most important invention in my lifetime? I want to say Skype or zoom or youtube or Facebook or Twitter.  Those are some great inventions. I also want to say ai like open Ai or chat Gpt. I mean it’s nice I guess. I also want to say that mini indoor rain machine that’s really nice or the run away rolling clock which is cute and funny. Or maybe it’s grow lights for growing your plants indoor. But then again solar powered generators are great too. So many great inventions during my life time thus I can’t decide so I will leave it blank for all of the above and more.
