Write about your first crush. Write about my first crush? Well that’s a sensitive topic but I will try. When I was in the 3rd grade my parents and my whole family moved to a new school district. In that school district there was a boy named Ray who I had a large crush on. He was cute and nice I guess – I don’t really remember why I liked him. Anyway despite my crush one day we got into a boys vs girls running contest. Guess what happened? I ended up racing the poor kid and beating him in the race. It was both exciting because I was fast but sad at the same time because I liked him and wanted him to like me too. But I beat him in the race – and would do so again- and that made me think he might not have liked me very much after that. But it was for the best. I dodged a bullet. When I was in the 4th grade we moved again to the suburbs from the inner city. Many years later I heard my old classmates and friends became baby mama in highschool and stuff so him like liking me back saved me from becoming a baby mama while in elementary and middle and high school. Because my goodness I was deeply crushing on that boy and well I was not the smartest growing up just lucky. So….yeah that’s the story of my first crush.
