What makes a good neighbor?

What makes a good neighbor? Well a good neighbor is someone who cares like the good Samaritan in the new testments of the holy Bible.  Why because Jesus said he cared for others even a distant cousin – all humans are related. So a good neighbor is a Christian femestist scientist non racist but speciest empire minded people.  Because Jesus Christ requires Christians to repent of sins like stealing and killing and so on. You won’t want your neighbor stealing from you now will you? How about killing? Yes you won’t like that very much.  Thus a Christian is what makes a good neighbor.
